Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy
Online Courses
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Enroll in one of my online photography courses and if you're not completely satisfied with the quality of the course(s) within the first 2 weeks, I'll refund your entire enrollment fee. Student must request refund via email no later than 14 calendar days after initial payment is processed in order to be eligible for a refund. After 14 days following initial payment, no refunds will be given. No exceptions.
In the event a student starts the course and realizes the course is too difficult for them and/or is above their level, the student will receive a full credit for the course to be used on another course of his/her choosing or the same course in the future. This credit may also be used towards phone, chat or video-chat private lessons.

This credit may also be used towards phone, chat or video-chat private lessons. Please avoid this problem by carefully reviewing the "Who's This Course For?" section of each course information page and send an email to Nick Carver with any questions regarding whether or not the course will suit you.
Each online course enrollment is valid for only one person. Enrollments are non-transferrable.
Content Theft:
All materials on these courses are the intellectual property of Nick Carver & Carver Visuals, Inc. Re-publishing any portion of a course is strictly forbidden and any student found to have done so will have their access immediately revoked. This restriction excludes posting short clips & photos on social media for the sake of promoting your participation & support of the course - that I encourage.
Photography On Location: Extended Plays

Student must request refund via email no later than 3 calendar days after initial payment is processed in order to be eligible for a refund. After 3 days following initial payment, no refunds will be given. No exceptions.

Private Lessons
Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows:
In the event the student no-shows for an appointment, notes down the wrong appointment time causing them to miss the appointment (so long as the error can be proven to be on the part of the student and not Nick Carver), or requests a reschedule/cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, the full time scheduled will be deducted from any prepaid hours (e.g. if you no-show for a 2-hour appointment without 48 hours notice, you will be deducted 2 hours from your prepaid time). If the student gives at least 48 hours notice for a cancellation or reschedule, no time will be deducted from his/her hours and no penalty will be incurred. If an appointment is missed due to an error on Nick Carver's part, no time will be deducted from the student's hours and no penalty will be incurred.
Prepaid Time Expiration:
All prepaid time must be used within 10 months of purchase. Any prepaid time not used within 10 months of purchase will be forfeited by the client.
Refunds:
No refunds will be given for time already delivered. In the event the student has prepaid hours leftover, the full dollar amount of the remaining time minus a 15% processing fee will be refunded upon request.
